Reality:

Ang restriction mindset na 'to yung naghihinder sa weight loss success mo—hindi yung pagkain mo ng carbs.

⚠️ The Problem: Restriction-Rebellion Cycle

Kapag tinanggal mo ang paborito mong pagkain, ano usually nangyayari? 

  Week 1: Super motivated. "Bawal kanin, bawal chocolate, clean eating lang."

When is the best time? It depends.

Most importantly, do your best to eat them at this time only.

Step 3: Eat them with some protein

Ano yung protein? Like ulam, karne, itlog. Always together.

Kasi pag ginawa mo to, research shows that you'll:

→ Feel fuller longer (less gutom throughout the day)
→ And you’ll support muscle building and toning (iwas haggard effect)

And just 10-15 minutes of ab workouts after your main workout, 2-3 times per week is more than enough.

"Para pumayat, kelangan mag-cardio araw-araw."

Reality:

Like doing too much exercise, excessive cardio is not just ineffective—it's counterproductive.

⚠️ The Problem: The Cardio Trap

Pumasok ka sa kahit anong gym at makikita mo ang daming tao na nag-spend ng hours sa treadmills, ellipticals, at stationary bikes. Yet most of them look exactly the same – month after month, year after year.

Bakit? Because excessive cardio creates a problematic cycle:

✖ First, You do cardio to burn calories (akala mo productive ka)

✖ Next, Cardio increases your hunger dramatically

✖ Next, You eat more to compensate (madalas unconsciously)

✖ Or iniisip mo, "nabu-burn ko naman sa cardio eh" (which is usually not true)

✖ Next, You feel frustrated dahil ilang weeks na hindi ka pa rin nababawasan ng timbang kahit pagod ka na

Instead of doing long cardio sessions multiple times a week, increase daily NEAT, which stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis.

This refers to the energy expenditure from daily activities na hindi natin kino-consider na exercise, like ligo, laba, kain, grocery, play with kids, etc.

There are multiple ways to increase NEAT, pero ang pinaka simple that you can start with is:

Walking.

Let’s do plan this in 2 steps:

Step 1: Download an app called Pacer Pedometer (Blue Icon)

Alternatively, buy ka ng Smart Watch to track your steps.

Madami naman mura sa Shopee o Lazada.

And with the app installed sa mobile phone mo, put the phone in your pocket every time na maglalakad ka so you can track your step count.

Step 2: Build up your daily steps

With your phone or smart watch tracking your steps

Try to walk for at least 5,000 daily sa first week.

Then 6,000 sa second week.

Then 7,000 sa third week.

Until ma-hit mo yung daily 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day.

Hindi mo kailangan tumalon sa 10k steps agad, just go sa sarili mong pace and gradually increase.

Will this guarantee fat loss?

No—but it's more than enough to help you lose weight without burning out, increasing your hunger, or losing lots of muscle mass or tone sa intense cardio sessions.

Kailangan ba mag-gym para dito?

Sobrang busy ko sa work at family. Will I really have time for this?

Paano kung may health conditions ako like PCOS, hypothyroidism, or diabetes?

Makakasabay ba ang 40+ years old dito?

Yes! Age is not a barrier. In fact, many of our impressive transformations are from members in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s. The program is designed to be adaptable to different ages, fitness levels, and physical limitations.

Magkano ba ang kailangan kong gastusin sa supplements?

Zero. While we do provide a Supplement Decoder guide for those interested, optional lang ang supplements. We focus on real food first, and many of our members achieve amazing results kahit walang supplements.

How quickly will I see results?
